I’m Samantha, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with high-achieving individuals who “manage everything well — except their inner experience.” Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, chronic stress, or coping patterns that feel out of control.
In this work, I combine CBT and DBT skills with reflective exploration to help clients build emotional regulation, gain self-awareness, and develop tools for navigating life with greater balance. The focus is on understanding internal patterns, reducing stress, and cultivating insight into your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors — so you can live intentionally, with greater self-compassion and resilience.
